Fabric: StarShade event tents are made of waterproof and UV-resistant high performance Oxford Polyester 600DX300D (340 g/m²). The stability of the single pole design is dependent on the tensile strength of the fabric, so no expense was spared in making it bulletproof. The Starshade Pro has an additional PU coating to fend off mold and extend the life of your tent.
Archways: The Starshade is made up of 6 wind-resistant archways. The top of each point is 7’ 5” high and each point is spaced 27’ 6” apart. Every archway is equipped with zippers that can attach to optional side walls, or a connector to create an entrance or covered walkway to a second Starshade.
Stakes: The Starshade 1700 Pro includes 6 heavy duty tent pegs (20” each), as well as a peg puller to make things a little easier on you.
Telescopic Pole and Pegs: To facilitate set up easy enough to do yourself, a hand crank is built into the telescoping center pole. As the tent shifts in the wind and the ground underneath settles, you can easily add more tension with a few turns of the crank shaft. The handle can be removed to prevent it from snagging elbows and ruining pictures.
Optional Side Panels: Side Panels (sold separately) can be zipped in to offer extra protection against the Canadian elements, each fitted with a zipper door. The side panels also deflects wind from sneaking into the Starshade so it doesn’t set sail!
Optional Connector: The Starshade Connectors (sold separately) can be used to create an entrance or covered walkways between multiple tents.
